Dispute an entry
If you are named on this site and believe an entry is wrong, incomplete, or unfair, this form goes directly to the editor. Your response will be published on the entry itself, verbatim and unedited.
What happens next. Every dispute is read. The entry is marked Dispute under review within one business day of receipt. If you point to a specific factual error and it checks out, the entry is corrected and the correction is logged publicly. If you disagree with a sourced fact, your statement is published alongside it and readers decide.
There is no charge for this, at any stage. Nobody at this site will ever offer to remove or soften an entry in exchange for money.
What actually gets an entry changed
- A specific factual error. A wrong date, figure, company name, or a mistaken identity. Point at it and it gets checked immediately.
- Missing context that changes the picture. A refund issued, a matter settled, a case dismissed. Send the documentation.
- Resolution. If the underlying dispute was resolved, the entry is marked Resolved and says so.
A general objection to being listed is published as your statement, but does not by itself remove a sourced entry.
