The FTC sued this Florida ecommerce and real estate coaching operation, which marketed heavily to Spanish-speaking consumers under the Ganadores name. Its owners and a key marketer face lifetime bans from selling ecommerce or real estate coaching and must turn over assets for refunds.

What is alleged

The FTC sued Vision Online, Inc., a Florida corporation trading as Ganadores Online, Winners Online, Ganadores Inversiones Bienes Raices and Ganadores IBR, along with Ganadores IBR, Inc., Vision Online Digital LLC, Vision Online English LLC (also doing business as Ecommerce Global Solutions), and Vision Online Latino, LLC.

Named individually are owners and managers Richard Alvarez and Sara Alvarez, along with Robert Shemin and Bryce Chamberlain, the latter described by the FTC as an employee who played a key role in marketing the scheme.

The case was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, case number 6:23-cv-01041, FTC matter 212 3056. It concerns ecommerce and real estate coaching services.

The language angle

Ganadores is Spanish for winners, and the operation ran separate English and Latino corporate entities.

That structure is worth recording plainly. Marketing a business-opportunity programme in Spanish through dedicated entities reaches buyers who are less likely to find English-language warnings, English-language complaint threads, or English-language regulatory notices when they search the name before paying.

Any tracker that only indexes English will systematically miss operations built this way, which is a limitation of this site worth stating rather than hiding.

Outcome

Under proposed federal court orders, the companies behind Ganadores, owners and managers Richard and Sara Alvarez, and the marketing employee Bryce Chamberlain are permanently banned from selling ecommerce or real estate coaching services and required to turn over substantial assets to the FTC for consumer refunds.

A separate stipulated order was proposed as to Robert Shemin in June 2025.

What is not established

Allegations in a complaint are the government’s case rather than findings of fact, and stipulated orders resolve them without admission of wrongdoing.
